The Ayoub Vineyard and Winery were born out of Mo Ayoub’s passion for food and wine. Among the most prized sites in Oregon’s famed Dundee Hills, Mo’s four-acre Estate vineyard was planted in 2001 and is farmed by hand using organic methods. The steep-sloped, east-facing site, with it’s red clay volcanic Jory soil and densely planted vines, is ideal for producing high quality Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes: Captivating nose with a medley of spices, black cherry and savory notes.
Harmonious on the palate with refined tannins that envelopes a core of spiced dark red fruit and orange peel accented with minerals.
